Repair exterior doors. Cost includes painting as needed and the necessary repairs for them to open, close, and latch properly
Swap out 3 locksets and key deadbolts and knobs to one key. 3 keys will be provided
Repair damaged kitchen cabinet door prior to paint
Cover any exposed wiring and inspect home for active leaks
