Repair loose tub spout. Unfortunately, this will require removal of the water heater
Water heater shows signs of leaking at lower element. Since we have to remove it to repair tub spout, I suggest replacing lower element and testing seals
Repair bed 1 entry and closet knobs
Install blinds in bed 2, kitchen, and living room. 4x
Install bi-fold doors in bed 2. Will require new rail hardware and dummy knob
Clean bathroom exhaust fan, duct, and grille
Replace both entrance exterior light fixtures
Replace damaged screen on living room window at sidewalk side entrance
Repair loose shutter on sidewalk side entrance
