Clean gutters - This includes flushing downspouts and ensuring they are clear of debris. Pop up emitters should be removed to check for proper flow
Apply provided water sealant on back porch cedar posts and door. Drop clothes must be used and furniture should be covered
Ensure cedar door to screen porch open/closes/latches properly
Touch up paint in kitchen, ceiling near main level pantry, shoe molding, and high traffic areas. Check for blue tape. See notes for paint details
Repair baseboard at first corner in primary bedroom to the left of entrance - pet damage
Apply caulking (white big stretch by sashco) around windows in the kitchen and dining area. Also, gaps at shoe molding and base/trim throughout
Pull trash can in from the street after it runs on Thursday morning. Place any onsite debris in personal bags and haul away. Do Not Put Any Trash From Work In Owners Can!
