Install new quarter round in front of guest bath tub
Update lighting as needed. Foyer- 1 flushmount, kitchen 1 flushmount and 1 4ft led, laundry 1 flushmount
Reinstall shutters on living room windows
Tighten all cabinet hardware in kitchen
Replace drip pans whirlpool 8866
Fridge. Install freezer door handle, fridge door handle, fridge door rail, fridge drawer
Replace strorm doors at side entrance 32" and front 36"
Paint front and side exterior doors
Repair door bell button
Clean out gutters
Remove wires and lights at front of home
Reattach gutter downspout
Remove caulk from bricks at front door
Hedge bushes
Repair/replace handrail at side entrance. Right side repair and left side replace
Install new pole top with light at driveway
Replace mailbox with numbers
