Reinstall existing bath vanity with composite top
Install new bath faucet and pop up stopper
Reinstall existing toilet
Reframe center wall. Cost includes running plumbing/electrical lines, drywall, and trim
Install bathroom mirror and hardware
Install white shaker kitchen cabinets. Cost includes base and upper runs
Install laminate countertop with drop in sink
Install brushed nickel kitchen faucet
Paint as needed
Cover hardwood flooring with protective barrier, tenants personal belongings, and clean jobsite once completed
