Remove multiple satellite dishes
Service HVAC due to system running with the same filter for multiple years
Haul away debris left in crawlspace
Install handle on crawlspace door
Test drain line pump to ensure it's operational
Repair side gate to ensure it opens and closes easily
Cover exposed cleanout near water shut off at the street
Bring new deck steps up to code with proper fasteners and hangers. Railing balusters will remain as is
