Replace flooring in bathroom with sheet vinyl. Cost includes lifting and resetting toilet
Replace carpet in hall. It should be noted that the remaining carpet throughout is in very rough shape
Install bathroom exhaust fan. Cost includes drywall removal, rough in electrical, ducting to exterior wall, potential asbestos siding repair, and drywall repairs
Remove mildew embedded texture from bathroom ceiling, smooth with 2 coats of drywall compound, prime, and paint with satin sheen
Repair damaged subfloor in bathroom/hall area as needed. I will attempt to salvage the existing vanity/sink but if damaged during removal we'll have to replace for an additional $775.
Move tenants personal items and ensure they have an operational toilet at the end of each day
