Ensure all nails and fasteners are secured on railing
Replace all decking boards
Double exterior band and ensure the interior band rest on posts. This will require cutting 1 1/2" from each joist and reattaching with galvanized Simpson joist hangers
Rebuild steps and step railing that can't be salvaged. Stringers cracked thru 9' 6" long
Replace undersized 4x4 posts with 6x6 posts on the corner and 4x6 posts on center. Each post will be notched to accept inside band
