Install globe on ceiling fan in bed2 and tighten the fan blades

Install globes on light in half bath. Globes are under the sink

Trouble shoot garbage disposal currently not functioning. Replacing is possible

Install door knob on basement door
Currently concrete floor in basement. Possibly install LVP? 17x29. Ot could leave it as is
Replace basement hallway light
Currently no railing up the front porch steps. It's recommended. It would have to be the black metal style from depot to match the surroundings. Not wooden
