Patch damaged drywall and apply 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of paint
Remove and reinstall shower door
Demo first row of wall tile, base tile, and shower pan

Install pre-sloped Schluter shower pan and drain assembly
Repair tile substrate on walls and apply Kerdi Band and other waterproofing methods
Install new tile on base, walls, and curb
Additional fees to remove construction debris, cover tenants personal items, and cover flooring during construction
