Install plastic barriers and floor protection at each visit
Repair damaged drywall at 3 locations. Framing and insulation will be inspected prior to new drywall installation
Remove trim on door casing at patio entry to properly perform drywall repairs and inspect for mold spores on wood
Install additional framing on second story ceiling rafters in an attempt to avoid future cracking at drywall and crown
Remove cracked caulking from multiple trim locations and apply Sashco Big Stretch caulking to prevent future cracking
Apply tape coat, 2 seam coats, and a skim coat of drywall compound to repairs
Apply 1 coat of primer and 1 top coat of paint to repairs
Remove large amount of leaves from gutter, remove kickout that is currently blocking leaves, and extend second story downspout to lower level gutters with a elbow to displace water further from home
