Repair bifold doors in bed2
Adjust closet door in living room. Currently hits the jamb
Paint front door both sides
Replace front screen door handle
Replace front exterior light
Pressure wash siding
Hedge bushes
Secure loose decking boards at front ramp area
Adjust front exterior door. Currently rubs the floor
Clean A/C return grate
Replace light in master closet with 24" led
Replace shower head in master bath
Repair drywall in master bath ceiling. Check roof for leak
Tighten all loose kitchen cabinet knobs
Install aerator at kitchen faucet
Install new 4' led kitchen light. Tabs are broken that holds cover
Adjust laundry door to ensure it closes properly
Remove any trash left in/around home and in 2 sheds
Repair crawl space door with large hole
Rebuild rear deck steps. Stringers are rotten at the bottom
