Demo existing bathrooms and hall closet
Adjust framing and build walls for new layout in both bathrooms and hall closet
On-site dumpster fee
Swap all drain lines and vents for both baths and hall laundry. We will attempt to reuse the existing roof vent stack penetration
Replace electrical runs and drops for both baths and hall laundry. GFCIs will be installed at vanity locations and behind washer
Replace hvac ducts and place floor vents to match new layout
Install fiberglass corner shower in primary bath
Install standard 60" tub/surround in hall bath
Replace water supply lines, install shower/tub valve cartridges, and through-wall supply shut offs
Replace drywall on walls and ceiling
Insulate exterior wall and wall between rooms
Install overhead exhaust fans in both baths and hall laundry and vent to exterior
Install bathroom vanity with solid surface top, brushed nickel faucets, and hardware
Install toilet with wax-less seal
Install 1/4 plywood, lvp underlayment, and LVP in both baths and hall laundry
Install baseboards, shoe molding, and interior doors
Install towel bar, ring, toilet paper holder, and mirror
Paint walls, ceiling, trim, and doors
Install new breaker in the panel for the dryer
Install interior bi-fold door at hall laundry closet
Install permanent access panel in bed 1 closet to access supply lines and dryer duct
Install flooring transitions as needed
Build temp walls with jacks, remove existing solid steel poles, and install new adjustable steel poles to attempt to lower hump in floor
Install battery back up system on sump pump
